Return and Refund Policy
Itstree Thai (hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”) would like to share the best experience of the products to customers. Therefore, we have endeavored to always improve our products and services continually according to these conditions:
If any default of the product on the packaging is found or any error from what you have ordered is detected, the Shop is content to exchange a product whereby the customer is required to the return an unused product. This term shall apply to orders made through online channel only. The Shop shall refuse all refunds and returns in case that a product is damaged because of customer’s action.
Processes of Return and Exchange of product
Stage 1
Customers are required to contact the Shop within 3 days after receiving the parcel. (Since the date of receiving the product as specified by the post which can be tracked by the tracking number that we have provided to you after shipping. Customers are required to inform the reasons of the return or exchange, customer’s name and address, photo of the product, and order number.)
Stage 2
After customers get reached as well as a confirmation of product return from the Shop, please return the unused product via post in the same original condition in its packaging.
Stage 3
For every product that is requested for product exchange, the Shop will deliver a replacement to customers within 5 working days after the Shop has received such a product.
